Warehouse Operative – Forklift (Counterbalance / Bendi) 📍 Location: Local distribution centre 💷 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour 🕘 Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm About the Role We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established industrial distribution business specialising in cable and electrical products. This is a hands-on role involving physical warehouse duties alongside forklift operation, with excellent long-term prospects following a successful temporary period. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing cable and electrical products Loading and unloading deliveries Operating Counterbalance forklifts (essential) Operating Bendi / Narrow Aisle forklifts (highly desirable) Stock movement and warehouse organisation Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Requirements Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential) Bendi / Narrow Aisle forklift certificate (highly preferred) Previous warehouse and manual handling experience Physically fit and comfortable with heavy / repetitive lifting Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Good attention to detail What’s on Offer £12.71 per hour, paid weekly Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 6:00 PM 12-week Temp to Perm opportunity Stable hours and long-term permanent prospects Supportive team environment If you hold a Counterbalance licence and are looking for a secure, long-term warehouse role, apply today or contact Pertemps Heathrow for more information
